Can I reschedule or cancel my RN OSCE?

Sufficient notice has a specific meaning

The handbook uses at least five full business days before the allocated date and time source for sufficient notice. Weekends and Australian national public holidays do not count. Ask for confirmation, not an assumption

Explain the change using the contact route in your candidate correspondence. Keep evidence of the request and wait for written instructions about a transfer or cancellation. A seat in another cycle depends on the applicable process and availability; a private provider cannot move the booking for you. RN OSCE Candidate Handbook, 7 July 2026.

Refunds and transfers are different outcomes

The handbook lists particular circumstances for examination-fee refunds and transfers. Evidence of visa refusal, withdrawal from the assessment process or hardship may have different requirements. If illness or another exceptional event affected attendance

Read the special consideration policy promptly and use the prescribed form, evidence and deadline. This differs from a routine availability request and from a procedural review.
