Privacy policy

Information used for practice

We store your email address, sign-in records, pass expiry, payment references, practice transcripts, chart entries, selected actions, estimated results and mock progress. These support sign-in, saved practice and your daily allowance.

Voice and AI services

Recordings are sent to ElevenLabs for transcription. Anthropic processes the conversation and station evidence to provide role replies and estimated feedback. Voice replies are generated by ElevenLabs. Audio is processed in memory and is not saved as audio files by this site. Provider handling is subject to their policies.

Storage and payments

Practice records are stored in Supabase. The website runs on Vercel. Stripe processes payments; card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page.

Events and feedback

We collect limited technical events, hashed network identifiers and usage records to manage allowances and diagnose failures. Feedback reports are stored and may be emailed to our support team. Team testing is marked separately.

Cookies and local storage

Secure sign-in and anonymous trial cookies identify your session. Your browser stores practice session references and preferences so you can resume.

Your choices

Type instead of recording if you prefer. Use invented patient details only. For access, correction or deletion requests, submit a request through the Contact page. We retain practice records while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
